xbox one s in-session/party chat issues

My problem is with the Xbox one s it has trouble when I play anything online or am in a party but the main issue is its not consistent my connection just randomly start fluctuating and I have to just leave the lobby not reset the console once I do the connection
goes back to normal. I have 2 Xbox one s doing the same thing but my original doesn't do this at all. When is happens I get strange lag not normal lag, thanks to call of duty black ops 3's option to see ping when I hit the start button, when the connection
trouble would start I noticed my ping would bounce, it would go from 0 all the way to 500ms, and it just fluctuates like this until I leave the lobby or in party chat situation get super choppy and out of sync until I get disconnected(note: the game won't
disconnect me I have to actually leave). One more thing I should add is when downloading it downloads properly no issues, only when playing multiplayer or in a party chat(download speeds down below, The Xbox one s has a higher download speed than the classic
Xbox one). This has been happening since I got it at the time I thought it was nothing because I knew Xbox live was having trouble but it became more apparent that it was a problem as I noticed a pattern of when it happened.

modem: SBG6580

UPNP: enabled

band:2.4GHz(tried 5GHz it didn't change the issue)

band width: 20MHz(tried 40MHz didn't work)

channel: 1(tried channel 6 and 11 with no change)

Connection: Wireless

ISP: Comcast

consoles having trouble: white Xbox one s 500GB and green Battle Field 1 1TB Xbox one s

console working properly: classic black Xbox one 500GB

download speed of Xbox one S: 70Mbps

download Speed of Xbox one: 50Mbps

upload speed normally:11Mbps

nat: open

Latency:50ms

power mode: energy saving

Xbox One party chat issues

I have some issues with party chat on my new Xbox One S. I can join my friends party just fine, and I can play a multiplayer game just fine. However, the party chat itself is not working properly. The speech is scrambled or is constantly interrupted.

I have an older Xbox One, and this system does not have ANY of these issues. I have changed and checked a ton of different settings (port forwarding/upnp/etc) but nothing seems to work. Does anybody have any idea what’s going on? It’s especially strange
since the old XB1 is working just fine, the newer Xbox One S has these party chat issues.

 

How do you kick people in a party chat? And a few other questions.

Im trying to get used to this new Xbox One system and I cant see if you can kick people in the party. Can you? Anyway, Im also having some issues with the partys with going into party chat and it comes up "Cant join party chat, try again later" sometimes
when I join my friends party.

How do you join session with your friends without an invite?

How do you change your Bio, Motto, etc?
