I regret to inform you, but unlike PCs, Xbox consoles don't support dual monitors, or having dual screens with different content. Xbox consoles support only one video signal.

So, even if you are able to get an HDMI splitter and connect your console to two monitors, you will get the same image on both. Therefore, it is not possible to do what you're asking for.

True 1080i displays were CRTs and ALiS plasma

CRTs can display both interlaced and progressive form but larger ones could not display 720p due to limitation of CRT tech

ALiS panels had pixel resolution of 1024 x 1024 and 1024 x 1080. ALiS works by alternating raw of pixels hence the name (Alternate
Lighting of Surfaces). So it cannot display progressive image (much like how native progressive panels can't display interlaced source).

There are limitations on both side of your setup (Xbox one X and the Monitor)

Xbox Side:

Supports a maximum of 120Hz refresh, not 144Hz

Only supports two Freesync modes, 60Hz or 120Hz

Monitor Side:

Only supports Freesync up to 100Hz over HDMI at 1440p (Requires a Display Port Connection for faster Freesync, according to the monitors manual)

You have a very good monitor, but between it and the Xbox you will not be able to push it to the max. A good PC with a display port connection is what that monitor needs for full capabilities.

You may get a few more options to appear if under display settings, advanced settings, you select "Allow YCC 4:2:2"

I find my xbox one s working while set on dvi and 640p resolution. But no display on 1080p and hdmi.

Just to add i am using samsung smart 3d tv aand also tested my xbox one s on 2 other displays.. one pc monitor and one more smart tv
