    Xbox One S help


    So I need to know if I broke my Xbox???? I started it up and it was fine but when I opened up my Assassins Creed 2 game (The Ezio Collection) to start a game of Assassins Creed Brotherhood, it didn’t load properly. As in after i went to the menu it went to a load screen for the game and then just remained at a white load screen for like three minutes? Before I tried to do a restart with my controller but then the Xbox froze and so I unplugged it. And then I started it back up again and the first time it would open up the the Home Screen but the controller wouldn’t connect or show up on screen so I tried that power cycle thing? And after doing that twice I got the controller to move on the Home Screen only now when I went to the games collection/library there was nothing but a gray screen. I manually shut off the Xbox using the power button this time but I’m not sure what to do?

    Do I wait? Will leaving it off for a time help? Did I break it?
