Xbox One S having problems

Hello! A while ago I bought an Xbox One S. I got it used with a few games. The games kept on crashing but I assumed they were just scratched or something. I bought some new games. I didn't really notice at first but the new games ALSO kept crashing, freezing, lagging, etc. Eventually, I bought some digital games to see if that fixed it. It crashed EVEN MORE than the physical games.

I just bought Sonic Frontiers and this is what I get:

Oh, and the game crashed THREE TIMES BEFORE THIS.

I'd think this was just the game's fault but this has been happening to a bunch of other of my games. I am on the latest firmware.

This is an Xbox One S. All my games are Xbox One compatible

Please help.

Thanks for the reply. I however have the problem with my Xbox One S and not my PC, any suggestions on how to resolve the problem on a Xbox One S.

i have the problem too, but i have 1 xbox one s and xbox one (normal, no S no X) and game work on my old xbox one. germany

I'm having this problem also. However, I have 2 Xbox One's and 3 Xbox 360's and only one of the 360's is being effected.
