Xbox One S has to unplugged/plugged in every time to work

So i bought a used Xbox One S online and it works to a point. 90% of the time it boots up but no picture. If i unplug it for a minute and then start it, it'll come on and work fine. Is this a faulty psu? I have tried 3 different power cords because the one it came with was loose. The newest is snug but still not fixed. I did open it and vacuumed it clean of dirt to see if that was the problem. I am out of ideas besides ordering a psu and or getting the hdmi port fixed. It fits loose too. Any ideas are appreciated!

Since it works after power cycling the console (unplugged/plugged), it seems to be more a console related issue!

I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, try to soft reset the console while keeping games & apps!

I had this happen a few times and every time i unplugged my xbox one for about a min and then plugged it back in and it worked fine every time try it see if that works.
