    Xbox One S Hardware Issues


    This is my last resort. My Xbox has an update, however, when I attempt to update my Xbox, is says something went wrong, I punch in the error code and it says I'll need to update via the offline method, after going through the steps of the offline method, I get the USB into the Xbox, get the update started, and... "Something went wrong" message again. I attempt to reset my Xbox, and guess what? "Something went wrong". I can't even reset my Xbox, what am I to do?

    I have similar issue. I have a launch xbox one s 2tb. When I first turn on the unit it wont let me connect wireless. If i restart it from the console, it connects. This is repeated pattern... im also using a beta build..

    And that worked like a charm. I am connected wirelessly. I wonder why the xbox retained those settings for so long? And why it didn't seem to "detect" when I unplugged my ethernet cable from the system... Well... I guess all is well now. I think disconnecting
    the power cable for 5 minutes is what really helped as I have performed at least 3 hard resets earlier today. But the 4th hard reset with disconnecting the power would help the system loose the remaining power that it uses to hold certain settings.

    So basically problem fixed for now. :) Thanks for your help.
