    Xbox one S - getting heated in 5 mins and none of the games are loading


    Hi,

    My xbox is still under warranty and give me quite a trouble for past 1 month, I tried to chat with gamers and raise a repair order but nothing seems to work. After creating a repair order it gives an error "We’re sorry. The accessory or device you
    are requesting is not available. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance.
    "

    Can someone here suggest how can I reach the concerned and get this sorted.

    not worth the game only buy this game if you LOVE horrible lag never being able to get into a game and when u do get into a game its boots you out throws you into a que to make you wait there. oh and there are the loading screens sometimes you will get stuck
    on one for 5 mins plus have been staring at my loading screen going on 15 mins now.

    Thanks guys but none of these things worked. I did everything step by step and nothing. It sounds like the game is installing for like 5 mins and then a window pops up saying 0.0installed and a few mins later instalation stops.Im sure it has something to
    do with my consule being an Xbox one X. None of my friends whom have regular xbox ones have had any problems.

    My Xbox series s i think it's getting heat and its lagging some times on forza for a few seconds and its lagging on nfs heat but i can press xbox button and get out from the game and it was lagging on apex mabye for 5 second but in cod warzone i don't think its lagging ( wierd connection)
