    Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle Issue


    Hi. I purchased the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle (1TB) on the Microsoft Store website on the 30th December 2016 based on the understanding that it included the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection as well. This was the reason why I went ahead and purchased
    it. Nowhere in the Microsoft Store did it state whether there was an expiry date or otherwise for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection. In fact, even today, there is a graphic showing the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection bundle as a part of the store item
    (now discounted by AUD$100). I would attach the screen shot if this forum allowed me.

    The bundle did not get delivered to me until today, 4th January 2017. When I opened the box, it only contained a code for Gears of War 4. On trying to redeem this code, Microsoft Store indicated this was to redeeem Gears of War 4 only.

    I reached out to Xbox Support and they informed me that the conditions for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection was that both the purchase and the date of redemption must be completed on or prior to 31st December 2016.

    This is really unacceptable and I am almost inclined to request a complete refund for all the games and the Xbox bundle I just purchased.

    Can you folks help?

    I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

    it is stated in this link posted by the xbox website that the Vintage Del pack would be included in this bundle. i purchased this bundle in the confidence I would receive all content that's advertised. this was the only thing preventing me from pre ordering
    the digital game from the Microsoft store. This is not what I payed $450 for!! :(
