    Hello. I come here, because I've a little problem. I've a nickname I use on many games I play.

    And, I'm the only one to use this nickname. I don't remember if I already used this nickname on a Microsoft product, so if I did, I cannot find him.

    And when I want to create my tag, the Xbox said to me something like : Nickname not avaiable.

    So, how could I do, to have my nickname on my Xbox. Thanks.

    If the gamertag isn't available then i suggest looking for a new one. The account's gamertag won't be available until the next gamertag releases which can take up to month(s) / year(s)

    and the same gamertag used to purchase the content is being used to play it?

    Xbox One S + One X ------- 1 Xbox-MS-Account with 2 different Gamertags / How can I login with my Gamertag?

    Its the same email adress. 100%

    And I didnt change anything.

    Another weird thing. I managed to login to my One S with my One X Gamertag, even though it has the very same mail adress.

    But it doesnt work the other way= Login to my One X with the One S Gamertag.

    At my MS-Account on my PC both consoles are listed. There I can click on "go to xbox profile" but there only my One X GT listed., not my One S GT.
