Xbox one s game crashes and takes me back to the homescreen

Should i worry about this?

there is no way to tell if this is console or game related, most likely it's just a thing that happened.

If it remains by this one single time, then it is nothing to worry about, but it can still be annoying that it happened.

As measure to prevent it happening again please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Only happened once and with only this game

I'd say no, unless it becomes a regular problem. If it starts happening a lot then that would be a sign of something to worry about. Games and programs crash, it's just going to happen, but it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with your device. Let
us know if it starts to happen more often.

It's hard to track down where the issue actually, since we can't really get in the system for any diagnostic look. It could be the game, and that's likely the case. Could be a bug that was triggered for one reasons or another locally, or it could be an
issue with the server you were connected to. From a system error to network error, to game or game server error, there isn't really a way to tell specifically.
If it happens again I would recommend submitting information to the Xbox Insider team using the steps here. You don't have to be on an insider build to report problems to them this way, and it will get that diagnostic and log information to the developers
to take a look and see if it's something that needs to be fixed.
