Xbox One S Freezing, Slow, Overheating- cant load into game

ye when ever it does work for a bit, everything is slow on it, games load slow or freeze? sometimes ill even freeze in the dashboard for 30 seconds, it is strange

Same here man, mine started at about 1ish? I cant remember what time but I start up the xbox, goes to xbox green screen for about 5-10 min then goes to a grey or black screen for about the same time then Gradually loads in all of my apps, I then try clicking
on a game and it freezes or Starts to load in but stops and a notification pops up that says “sorry this game took too long to load”

I just wanna enjoy me some quarantine. I thought I was the only one with slow dashboards and freezing. HELP US PLEASE

ok i know this is an old thread, didnt know if i should post here or start a new one? so figured il go for the safe option.

so i have a similar problem. i have a 2month old xbox 360 s (i asume the s means slimline?) by the way looks so much better than my ps3.... so anyway i have 5 games. played them all for a good few hours latly then all of a sudden today the xbox will load
forza 4 then soon as i get to main menu on start up, the tv screen goes all fuzzy or the xbox compeltly stops responding. the othere 4 games are working fine. and forza was working fine today until the 1st freeze now i cant play it.

i cleared my cache

moved xbox position to prevent overheating ( but it cant overheat in 30seconds right?)

followed a tutorial ont his site for xbox 360 freezes nothing there helped.

i just have no idea what else to do. please help. i miss forza already!

ps, the game disc is fine! not a scratch on it. not even a spot of dust!

Lag, Slow loading, have to wait for textures to load sometimes freezing

I do get some freezing and slow loads when i switch from a game to apps.
