    Xbox one s freezing crashing and unresponsive


    Xbox one s not starting up aswell as games and apps freezing or just not starting

    Have any of y'all encountered any type of similar problem?Cause I've tried every reset and reboot and even removed everything and still nothing. I even updated it offline and it still bugging. Any help or tips?

    This same issue has been affecting my console for the past week or so too.

    Games freezing and crashing or not loading at all.

    Tried reboot, power cycle, deleting games and data.

    Theres a new xbox update today so hopefully that helps.

    Xbox One S Keep crashing after few minutes of use since October update....

    I have almost the same Issue on the standard Xbox one ever since the last update crashing freezing glitching having to power cycle as Xbox becomes unresponsive to controller.

    notice sometimes if you hold home button and select turn off Xbox it locks up and wont shut down turn on or anything just the turn off controller or Xbox screen stuck and unresponsive end up power cycling think up to my 20th power cycle sinse the update
    grrrrrr.

    Microsoft You have broken my Xbox please Fix it :(

    Happy to report that so far the suggested fix seems to be working. ive had 1 hour of uninterrupted glorious xb1 gaming with no issues. Thanks Miss Bijoux!

    Hey there -

    If a power cycle is helping your Xbox One console woes, you may want to try a full >>factory reset<< of your console to see if that helps resolve the
    issue. If that doesn't help, unfortunately you'll want to consider reaching out to the >>Online Service Center<< to explore having your console repaired
    or replaced. I know it's not ideal but that is definitely not normal behavior for an Xbox One.
