Xbox one s freezes and takes forever to turn on and load up

My sons xbox one s only just over year old bought new. Last few days been taking forever to load and start and keeps freezing. Gone through console reset keeping games etc and worked great for one day.

He was using my online account till I setup his own one with ultimate pass for xmas present. Since then this has started. Just doing another console reboot keeping his games but think there must be a issue any ideas? Is last resort to completely wipe his
xbox with games etc and start again? How much will be lost everything?

Last week my console was the same, I had to do a wipe on games that are stopped on the hd, cleaned the capture part videos / prints, wiped the cache and logged out again, just working, try to do on your console maybe Right, remembering that saves and data
are saved to the cloud profile, so game progress won't miss, good luck!

Tried every reset option all coming up error e202 with no code like that on any xbox site anyone know what it actually means???

Please try this before that:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

3. Press and hold the BIND (controller sync button located on the left side of the console or bottom right if a one S or one X) and the EJECT button and then just press the Xbox button on the console once.

4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

7. To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

9. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Do you have the same problem with your account? Try remove and add again his account from the console. Is the box on the well-ventilated spot?
