Xbox One S Free Expedited Shipping Code Not Working

When I go to myMissions, there is an option to order an Xbox One S, and included is a code for Free Expedited Shipping. However the code does not work when you put it in. I have contacted many Microsoft agents, and they could not figure out why it isn't
working.

If it is needed, the console I was looking into was:

Xbox One S 500GB Storm Grey Battlefield 1 Bundle

Infinite Warfare as Free Game

Free expedited shipping code not working......

While browsing the Xbox Rewards missions i noticed a great deal i want to take advantage of. Xbox Rewards will give you 50,000 RC, 2 free games AND Free expedited shipping when you purchase an Xbox One S. when i went to purchase this bundle the promo code
i was given for free expedited shipping wouldn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?

But after entering the promo code nothing happened. I went ahead and made the purchase since it was a black Friday deal and didn't want to miss out and wait for support.

The promo code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required to earn the credits. Not all of the console are eligible for expedited shipping which could be the reason the code won't work.

Well after a bit of trial and error I have found the solution to this issue. It turns out only a few select consoles are eligible for the expedited shipping discount. They are not clearly labeled as such. I learned this by picking numerous console bundles
and attempting to apply the discount. It appears that the consoles the are eligible are the 1TB systems or systems over $350.

I'm kind of disappointed in the Microsoft Store here. You'd think with such a great deal they would clearly list which consoles are eligible for the offer. I even read the fine print had still had to play a guessing game to get the full benefits of this
offer. I messed with it for 2 whole days.....could of had my XBOX One S by now!
