    Hi, my son has just got an Xbox. We have put the disc in but the screen goes black and the game doesn't start. Any ideas? We don't have Xbox live, please let me know if that would resolve the issue, thank you!

    Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

    And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

    I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
