Xbox One S - Forza Horizon 2 - Storm Island

Forza Horizon 2 10th Anniversary was free from Microsoft for having Live Gold. Purchased Storm Island, received email saying that the add-on was available for download. Installed Storm Island, opened FH2. Storm Island shows at the top but isn't highlighted
and can't be selected to play. Finally got hold of an Xbox tech and he had me perform various steps to try to have it work. We deleted and reinstalled, resset console, deactivate account and reactivate account, etc. I believe he told me he was going to request
that my purchase price be refunded. Is there anything that I can do to 'open' the game or check on my refund.

This is not a stand alone package.

Yes right it's just a expantion of Forza Horizon 2's add on...

But I don't know it.

Why you do not give notation this like games need a main game before buying?

I just want to refunt it.

Okay, so I know the reason here: Storm Island is a DLC pack for Forza Horizon 2, it is not a full game in its own right. In order to access Storm Island, you need to own Forza Horizon 2 as well. You can access Storm Island from within Forza Horizon 2.

That is also why you cannot see it - in My Games & Apps you can only see full games, which Storm Island is not. In order to see Storm Island in My Games & Apps you would need to highlight Forza Horizon 2, hit Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Manage
Game and it would be on that sub-menu.

You will need to progress in the story a short ways before you can access either of the two DLC areas. Other portions of the menu unlock via game progression as well.
