xbox one S, first launch. E102

Hello,

I bought xbox one s, I put the cables down, the first startup of the device and directly to the Troubleshoot mode and gave the code E102 10030C02 800704D.

I did all things what support said, did not work.

Well i tried update offline with advices from support. Then it gives E101 code. Same with trying return with usb default settings. Do not work.

Then yes i tried update offline. But thx help

I did it, i hold bind and eject, then press start, waiting when i hear twice starting voice. Release. Trying update, reseting xbox, nothing work.

You may want to try an offline update using a usb or the console itself may need to be sent in for servicing
