Xbox One S everything is slow

At first my xb1's issue was faster and the first main issue I found was that when I install games and then start it, it always says couldnt start the game error code. Reinstalled it and did reset keep my games and apps then it was fixed but next day it couldnt start again. Sometimes it gets stuck in loading screen. Sometimes it says cannot start game error.

downloaded a cd and the Next issue was the games were freezing and some installed games could start but sometimes it takes too long to start and then crashes and just goes back to home screen. Now my xb1 is really slow even in menu it takes a long amount of time just to open settings even just opening settings crashes and takes me to home screen. The games take so long to load to the point I cant even play. Its just overall really slow now but at first it wasn't and its only been two weeks and the more i try to fix things the more issue pops up. I need to know what solutions I can do because my xb1 wasnt like this before 2 weeks

I did a factory reset and it is still slow and when I press a to go for example general > network settings it is slow and i couldnt do anything but wait

Can I find out the exact version and edition of your Windows operating system? Please provide us with a photo showing the version and edition of your Windows. To do that please open the Run command by pressing Windows key + R on your keyboard, type winver, and click OK. Which version of Windows operating system am I running? - Microsoft Support
What was your last activity on your device before the problem started?

Hello Duane, I don't know how long your Xbox One S has been in its way, but depending on how long it may be slow cause of dirt inside it (dust), this consequently compromises the cooling of the console.

If you've tried both types of factory reset, keeping games and Apps and erasing everything, and it's still slow and slow to start and slow to navigate menus, it may need an internal cleanup.

I agree everything seem painfully slow. I am however on a highspeed connection. For a bran new system this just seems painfull I hope this is just a first time thing and gets better with time.

Don't forget, the Xbox is an all-in-one entertainment console that does many things at once. It's possible it can get hung up closing apps and will cause the console to slow down. Now, this is purely speculation...and I'm not trying to justify the slowness,
I'm just trying to rationalize the possibility. Anyway, I'm hoping that this gets fixed.

The problem I'm having with my console is as soon as something is downloaded from the queue, there is like 5-10 seconds where my cursor won't move and the interface freezes up.
