Xbox One S: Error Code E102 10030C02 8007045D

I received my replacement XBOX X. I did receive a Scorpio Edition XBOX X. I received the unit on 1/26.

Today it will not boot up. I called support and went the through all the voice prompts. Put in the serial number and was told the warranty has expired. To say i'm disappointed is an understatement.

This is what i'm getting on the console:

"for about 30 minutes i hear crackling and beeping noises from inside the console."

Doesn't sound good. Any crackling or beeping doesn't bode well for the hardware.
