    I'm about to loose my mind over this! Any time I attempt to load a downloaded game and attempt to play I am getting the trouble code 800701e7. It is consistently happening more frequently. I have conducted all the various resets and made sure all updates are current with no help on the issue. Not only am I getting this code during game launch but also have experienced games crashing and resetting back to the Xbox home screen during game play in the rare moment I am able to launch a game to play. I'm up for any assistance with the issue. The system itself is only 2 years old and isn't played on a daily basis. Thanks to any helpful assistance!!

    In this case, kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    This may mean that your console has experienced a system update issue.

    If you have already performed a reset on your console keeping your games and apps the last resort will be resetting the console removing everything.

    This will uninstall all of your games but you can definitely reinstall them later on.
