    I seem to be having an issue with my game of thrones disc on my Xbox Im watching the box sets and it seems that one disc out of the box set just will not work and I’m getting this error 0x91d70001 and the disc will just not work please help have tried so much and I don’t have a game catcher linked at all.

    I cannot get my UHD Blu Ray discs to play with my Xbox One S on my LG55UH7700 4k TV.

    This is an error code I've gotten 0x91d70001. I have updated my Xbox One S with the November update. My TV seems to be up to date as well.

    Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

    Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

    Press the Menu key on your controller.

    Click Settings, devices and streaming and then go Blu-Ray.

    Select Persistent Storage.

    Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    Step 2: Power cycle your console.

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 

    Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

    I have the One S. I have a dozen other UHD Blu-rays working perfectly, but Deadpool fails to start with the error 0x91d70001. The disc was replaced by the store but even the new one fails, so it's not the disc.
