Have an Xbox one showing an error E200 tried everything and nothing worked, console was bought in Canada but located in Colombia now, no idea how yo request the repair at this point.

Turn the console off by holding the power button for about 10 seconds. Then unplug the power cord and wait for about 30 seconds to let the capacitors in the console discharge.

Plug the power cord back in. Then hold the Bind and Eject buttons (on the Xbox One S All Digital edition without disc drive just hold Bind) and start the console by pressing the Xbox button on the console. Keep Bind and Eject held down!!!

The console will beep two times after about 15 seconds. After the second beep, you can let go of Bind and Eject. The console should now boot to the troubleshooter rescue menu.

In the rescue menu choose to "Reset this Xbox" and to "Keep all games and apps".

If that doesn't resolve the error, you will have to do an
Offline System Update as described here.

If that still doesn't work, you need to
sign up your console for repair.
