Xbox One S Error 102/101

It powered up and came on with the something went wrong error E102 with the option to Restart or Troubleshoot. I tried the troubleshoot with an offline update and Reset this Xbox they both restart the Xbox with a E101.

I've tried both of the built-in "Reset this Xbox" options. It immediately does the powering-down chime and restarts back to the Something went wrong screen with E101 error. No "Preparing Console" screen.

I've tried going to the Hold Eject/Pair Troubleshooting menu and using the Offline System Update with a USB drive (OSU1, 64GB USB 3, formatted NTFS) as well as trying a USB-based factory reset. Both, sound the power-on chime, go very briefly to the Preparing Console screen, immediately sounds the power-off chime (doesn't even get to 1%), then back to the Something went wrong screen with E101 but with just "Continue" on the screen. I press continue and I'm back to the Troubleshoot screen.

I suspect the Hard Drive might had died but don’t want to invest in a new one if it could be something else.

To reset your Xbox without online mode, there is only this one, see if when trying to reset the console it does not show any error message such as 102, 101 etc. geralemte may be something in the xbox's internal HD.

@sidneyTP there are only 101 weapons blueprints available currently. 102 & 103 are from the next two DLCs

No solution so far despite following all options. Still alternating between Error 101 and 102.

My son is heartbroken as the device is only 6 months old and we are in lockdown. I tried the OSU1 update and also the offline reset to factory.
