Xbox One S Error 0x80bd0033

Discus and support Xbox One S Error 0x80bd0033 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Error 0x80bd0033 doesn't seem to exist anywhere. I'm trying to turn 4k on through a 4k switch.     Xbox One S Error 0x80bd0033


    Error 0x80bd0033 doesn't seem to exist anywhere. I'm trying to turn 4k on through a 4k switch. When I press the button to activate 4k, it goes black and comes up with the error. If I unplug the switch and go straight to the tv, I can enable 4k. Then I can
    plug the switch in and the 4k will work through the switch as intended. When I switch to my monitor which is 1080p, I set the mode to 1080p before hitting the switch, this way to ensure 1080p signal is being transmitted. This works 100% of the time. I then
    hit the switch to go back to the tv. From there I choose 4k on the menu ( I'm going through the switch at this time) and it black screens and errors. I understand the switch may be the issue but I wanted to bring this error to your attention.

    Xbox One S - OLED65B7A 4K Issue

    When switching to 4K on Xbox One S my new LG OLED65B7A TV it shuts off every time.

    When turning TV back on I see “Something went wrong - error code 0x80bd0033”

    Any ideas? I have latest updates on both and verified HDR is set to on for HDMI2 on TV.

    Auto-detect is on, and I even turned on “Allow YCC 4:2:2” but made no difference.

    Under 4K details all is green checked.....

    Can't sign in any account on my xbox one but can sign in on the xbox one S Error code 0x87DD0006

    I have an xbox one and an xbox one S. No account can sign in on the xbox one but are able to one the xbox one S. Keep Getting Error code 0x87DD0006

    Ran into the same issue with my Xbox One X when trying to connect to my 4k tv through a switch. I had to set my Playstation 4 Pro to 2160p-YUV420 to display properly. Is there a similar setting for the Xbox One X?

    I'm getting this exact error when trying to switch my Xbox One X to 4k as well. No switch though for me. Just hdmi to 4k monitor. (LG 4k 27inch ips UHD monitor)

    What's weird is it was working fine up until now with 4k resolution, and now it's not working. Which would make you jump to say monitor but I have a high end gaming computer and can run 4k on the monitor just fine (yes i know 4k is 2160p resolution and I
    promise it's that on the PC).

    Now I can never go 4k unfortunately. I hope it's not the Xbox one X but I think it is by process of elimination of unfortunately, I've read things on other forums where people have had issues with 4k with the Xbox One X as well and the xbox tech support
    attributed it to "main board failure".

    Hopefully we can get an official response on this!!
