Xbox One S error 0x800713AB "you'll need the internet"

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your console is having a hard time connecting to your wireless network while your other devices are working fine. Go ahead and run a connection test by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

If you receive and error message, follow the corresponding troubleshooting on our

Multiplayer Error page. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply but I can't connect the controller so I can t do anything beacuse, it still flashing a lot and when it connects as last time just few buttons work and the movements are locked or moving randomly as last time.

Maybe it solve by itself like the last time but it still not normal this

We suggest, if it hasn't been done, to hardwire the controller to the console via micro USB cable and perform
a >Soft Factory Reset<
(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
