Xbox One S Does not Display Green Screen

My xbox one s does not display the green screen and I hv done all as u've done but I get nothing. I need help cos I'm frustrated n feeling regret.

My Xbox one does not play or go to the home screen. It stays on the green XBOX display.

 

Wireless Display App

Having a bit of an issue with the Wireless Display App. Has worked seamlessly on my original black Xbox One without any issues, however since upgrading to an Xbox One S (both in preview program) all I get is a green screen when connecting my laptop. Sound
still comes through fine, just a big green screen and no desktop display. Anyone encountered this?

Sorry to hear! I understand this can be frustrating. Could you try a power cycle? Here's how:

1. Hold the xbox button on the console down for ten seconds

2. Unplug the console from the wall for five minutes

3. Plug the console back in and turn it on.

Thanks for your post. If you do not see the Xbox One green screen upon start up of your Xbox, try switching the Xbox's power mode settings to energy-saving from instant-on. Here's how to do so:

Change Power Mode for Xbox One. If the issue persists, try a
soft factory reset. Be sure to keep your Microsoft Account information ready to sign back in and choose
"Reset and keep my games & apps" to prevent the need to reinstall content.

I have the same issue with mine, when i switch on the console i get no green screen just a troubleshoot screen, i have tried the power cycle to no avail and also factory reset but keeping the games but again with still no luck.

We suggest, if it hasn't been done, a
Offline System Update since the problem could be the actual update is corrupt. Follow the steps listed on our website and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

 

The console was working fine just a bit glitchy a couple of hours previously do you think i may still have to do the offline update?

If you have not already done this, I would suggest Resetting the Xbox and selecting the Reset Console and Remove everything option. I know it's not the ideal solution, But if resetting and keeping all games and apps has not fixed the problem then we should
go with a full factory reset. Of course if it's still not working then yes go ahead and try the

Offline System Update.

The last resort would be to set up a repair through the Device Support website to get the console serviced.

No can't do because my screen is blue eventhough the console ' power is on. I don't hv access to make those changes.

Like my friends Nestor & Erick have mentioned, it's recommended to attempt the Offline System Update on your console. This will update your console to the latest, most stable version of the Xbox One operating system. Check out the following like here:
