XBOX One S Does not connect to WI-FI

Hi,

I have an XBOX One S that I used to connect it to the internet using wifi and my mobile hotspot and everything was working like a sharm.

yesterday after I disconnected it form my mobile hotspot it didn't connect to any wireless network not even to the hotspot I used it before.

the device sees all the wifi network available and tries to connect to them but the connection fails and gives me the 5 steps solution to fix the problem but none of them works.

I tried to clear the Alternate MAC Address, reset to console, reset my router and my phone but nothing worked.

If a connect it via cable it works like it should but that it is not convenient for me since my router if not that close to the console.

by the way, after I reset the console I configure it via the mobile app and my windows PC, and for a moment it was connected to the internet as the app told me and when the configuration ended I found the account that provided via the app on the console but when it tried to sign in it give a message that it was not connected to the internet and everything failed again.

is there any solution for this problem?

Is your 360 connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi or via an ethernet cable? If connecting via Wi-Fi, the MacBooks may be interfering with the 360's wireless signal. That would cause you to disconnect from Xbox Live.

its still wireless via wi-fi direct but a custom version for the controller, wi fi (normal)direct for glass and other devices and wi fi N dual band for internet. Its not just latency which has been improved, but bandwidth is 250mb/s vs PS4 3mb/s with Bluetooth
2.1 EDR. also PS uses wi fi N (not dual band tho) but does not have wi fi direct as a comms port.
