    XBOX One S display cuts out when starting and quitting apps.


    So I'm a preview member and just got myself an XBOX One S and the video seems to cut in and out when I change apps on my system. If I select Netflix, select Games, quit anything the input seems to dc for a moment then cut back in. It's fast but I don't like
    the way it looks. Wondering if this is an issue or something in house.

    Live TV closed captions show partially on the lower right corner of the tv display

    The closed captioning display is half cut off in the lower right hand corner of the tv display when watching over the air Live TV with Happauge digital TV tuner for xbox one S.

    closed captioning works fine when streaming HBO, Netflix. Amazon video.

    Borders are set correctly on tv with xbox one S I have tried all custom CC settings on the Xbox One S.

    Sony tv is set at full pixel but samd results with any tv display setting

    Xbox One S flickering in Destiny

    Unfortunately the flickering came back in 4K & Destiny. I think it may have something to do with not quitting one guide/watch TV before starting Destiny? This really needs a fix. I even went out and bought a new Xbox One S and it does the same thing.

    If you've gone through the guide and the steps didn't help out, the console may need a repair unfortunately. You can setup a repair online

    Console expected life time support.

    I don't know about life cycle more like recycle these day's ...

    I only have to look at the third party games/apps

    There are quite a few of these type of games for Xbox One and PS4, which where cutting edge in the 1980's-90's graphics included but they have now started recycling it again just in a different format.

    And these type of games can be played on a phone so they hardly pushing the hardware limit of consoles ..
