Xbox One S Disk Tray Problem

So I've had a problem with my Xbox disc tray for a while now and haven't been able to use discs.

I have tried all solutions I could find and none of them worked. So basically when I put a disc in my console all the noises seem fine and there is no grinding. But then I will look at my screen and nothings happened, nothing plays, no games start. Just
sat on the Xbox home.

If any more information is required I can give you more. I hope someone can help!

XBOX 360 disc drive and disc reading issues. Please help!!

I had this problem with my Original Xbox 360 as well and I noticed a good bit of dust was causing the disks to be unreadable I fixed it by getting some pressured air and blowing a little bit in there and cleaning off the disk tray.

As for the disk tray being stuck you can try cleaning the edges of the disk tray when its open as well as the edges of the xbox around where the disk tray is while its open with a dry cloth. ( I did it with a slighty damp one but I have a second Xbox 360
so I wasn't to worried about being gentle )

I got a annoying problem:

When I'm playing a game and I want to go back to xbox dashboard, my console block and it seems the disk is blocked in the disk tray... When I open the disk tray the console unblocked and go to the xboxdashboard without a problem! And I sometimes have the
problem when I make an update or when I navigate on the xbox market...
