Xbox one s crashing an lagging

My xbox one s since the new update came out has been lagging and crashing while playing games the only solution that I have found is to reset the console and keep games and apps.This will help but after playing some hours starts lagging and crashing again
so I have to reset my xbox one again.I have done that 10 times.Is there any way that I can fix my xbox and stop crashing and lagging and not have to reset it?

This sounds absolutely ridiculous
So we established that: Consoles have more memory than my REALLY low tier smart tv and also low tier tablet and even phone. And yet, neither of those devices lag or crash when I stream video from a website. Edge on my Xbox One S lags and crashes and it's the website's fault?
sure, let's go with that.

factory reset of the console.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Crashes? What do you mean by crashes.?

I've always had lag off and on, but it's never crashed for me.

I dont have xbox one x . I had xbox one the first model .. and now xbox one S .

And was crashing on some games like ff15 . Vampyr and others like witcher 3. But on witcher 3 after some updates alot of bugs and crash was removed on that updates ..

But ff15 and vampyr i pay alot for those games and years after i cannot finish those games cause they are Brocken on xbox one ..

Some other games i cannot play cause the same Crash and my xbox one s is almost new .
