    XBOX ONE S Crashing all the time


    Please Help

    My Xbox one has does this since i got it 6 months ago and its driving me nuts.

    i switch it off properly everytime but the next time i switch it on it will crash whenever i do anything e.g. load a game, go on the store, go into the settings etc and i have to reset it using the 10 second power button rule.

    when it loads next time i can load all mentioned above no problem.

    is there a solution for this.

    i turn it off by pressing the xbox button on the controller and saying shut down console.

    i have a 2tb hard drive plugged in the back constantly.

    the Internet is hard wired in.

    cant think off anything else

    Xbox you need to sort out your f*****g consoles out I did not pay £300 for a xbox that doesn't work it's false advertising and I'm discussed with it I want my money back or you to pull your fingers out of your ass sort it out

    XBOX ONE S Crashing all the time

    Heya!

    Is the console plugged into a power strip or surge protector? If so, be sure to plug the console directly into a wall outlet as using any sort of extension or surge limiter would cause the console problems.

    It has a built in protection unit so no need to worry about power surges affecting the console directly.

    Once that is done, let's have you follow all of the steps on the
    unexpected shutdown guide.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    My Xbox Series S does not download profile for Xbox360 games.

    thanks for your time and effort in helping me. Unfortunately I have followed all the steps without success. I have fully restored the console and it keeps crashing. It is very frustrating because on the Xbox one S it does work but on the Xbox Series S it doesn't..
