    Xbox One S Controller won't show up on Bluetooth anymore


    Hello,
    I have recently installed a firmware update for my Xbox one s controller and since I installed the firmware update I can't connect my controller via Bluetooth anymore. It works on my iPhone, Android-Phones and every other device except my Windows 10 Computer. I have already tried everything, power cycling, changing batteries, resetting the controller (firmware update is still on my controller after this) and reinstalling every Bluetooth Driver and Controller Driver. I don't want to go as far as reinstalling Windows 10 on my PC. My computer has a Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter which always worked fine and it's not an issue with my Bluetooth Adapter since I still can use it for other Bluetooth Devices. Anybody know how to fix this?

    That's strange. It must be an issue with your computer since your controller works on your phone via Bluetooth.

    Do you have another computer to test your controller to isolate the issue?

    Also, have you tried the suggested steps to fix your Bluetooth here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix... ?

    No my Computer can't discover my Controller via Bluetooth at all. I can use it via USB though.

    Is your controller discoverable by your computer or you cannot see at all the controller via the Bluetooth?

    Please try to restore your controller configuration using the Xbox Accessories app. Your controller has to be connected through USB cable. You can see the guide through the link below. Try all other suggestions there as well.

    The Xbox One console doesn't support Bluetooth. That headset won't work with the Xbox One in any way.

    The new Xbox One controllers (the ones that come with the Xbox One S) have Bluetooth, but that's only used to connect the controller to a Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth.
