Xbox one S controller stop working.

So I ended up buying a Xbox one S rocket league bundle console on 9/10/2018, and been having a issue with the controller since then. The Wireless didn't work on the console when I got it, I been using hard wire since I got it, but been wanting to use wireless
because I been getting tired of the wire. When I got the console, I made sure to update the firmware on the controller, and that went through fine, but was still having issues. I can start the console up wireless, but it won't stay connected to the console
for long. I maybe get 3-4 seconds and then it drops. Batteries are still new, barely anything taken off on them, and even tried other batteries and still having the problem. A buddy of mine ended up bringing his controller over here to test it, and he didn't
have a issue at all with the wireless, we even got him to sit in other spots where he wasn't infront of the console and no issue there, everything was working. At the moment, I really don't know what I can do about the issue. I tried looking up videos and
info about it over the internet, but they all keep saying is update the firmware, and that's been done. I tried doing the call back through Xbox support, and 3 times, they would start talking and trying to tell me stuff and they just end up hanging up the
phone on me. I tried to get them to call me back a 4th time and it says it be 1 min till they will call you, it's now been 2 hours, waiting for them to call me.

Xbox One controller stops working mid stream

Hi,

So I have the latest Windows 10 OS, installed the Beta Xbox app from the store and use the Xbox wireless dongle for my Xbox One S controller. The computer has registered the controller in Device Manager fine and works streaming to my Xbox One S perfectly
fine however at least once during a stream the controller will stop working, the controller's light is still on and if I stop the stream and restart it the controller then starts to work again.

Time frame I would say 10-15mins roughly before it stops working, the batteries are fully charged. I've not yet tried a stream with the controller connected by USB yet.

 

Xbox One Controller Issue

My xbox controller just won't work. I have tried syncing it, nothing happens. I have tried connecting it with a cable, works for a few seconds then decides to stop working. Is it my xbox controller that is broken? The xbox i have is the original and so is
the controller. (aka, not xbox one S or X, the first one)
