    XBOX One S Controller Pin


    Hello,

    I've just bought the "new" Xbox one S Controller.

    Now i've tried to connect it with my Windows 10 PC.

    Everytime i try it says: Please enter Pin Code:

    Sorry, it's on german, but i think you know what i mean.

    It also won't connect to my Smartphone (Sony Xperia Z5).

    I Hope you can help me.

    The other tips from Microsoft are just frustrating:

    Use a Xbox controller dongle....

    Why schould i buy the new controller with Bluetooth,

    when i need the dongle from Microsoft like with the old one....

    I don't understand it.

    I can't connect a xbox one s controller to my phone whose brand is huawel through bluetooth

    when i try to connect a xbox one s controller to my phone of which brand is huawel through bluetooth, my phone said that my controller couldn't be connected to the phone because of incorrect pin. but i don't know the pin code however i read the guide book
    and , if i had known the pin code ever, i would not have had a chance to put the right code in the blank in the phone Because there were no more options, there is merely the button 'Okay' So i can't slove this problem, connecting controller to the phone through
    bluetooth

    Wrong pin or passkey

    So I tried to connect my xbox one s wireless controller with Bluetooth on my android device but everytime a message was coming up saying "Incorrect PIN or passkey has been entered" but I have never entered any Pin or Passkey. Any way to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to connect via Bluetooth. There is no pin for controllers Bluetooth. Here is a

    guide for connecting controllers    . Look at the picture to see which controller you have. The bottom design is Bluetooth.
