    my xbox one s keeps scrolling in the menus,i have checked the controller and have tried another one to no avail, yes they are sync to my account and i have done both a hard and soft reset, this is still under warrenty as bought in dec, any help would be
    appreciated.

    Yeah so it is my controller. Microsoft won’t replace it straightaway even though I’ve only had it for two weeks. I’m going to playstation.
