xbox one s console

    We're going to need a few more details on this. Are you using an Xbox One console or an Xbox One S console outputting in 4K? If it's an Xbox One S Console, please use this guide to help with troubleshooting.

    I'm sorry to hear that the Xbox One S is having troubles connecting to Xbox Live.

    Do you get a specific error code or message?

    To unplug the modem works but I always have to do this I would like to be able to connect without having to do this each time, is there a way around always unplugging the modem to connect live?

    Hi Mike,

    Since you're running on a wired connection, have you tried a different ethernet cable? Also, have you tried connecting via Wi-Fi to see if the issue persists even wireless?

    I was originally running on wifi and bought a brand new cable a 6 cant remember the other term 6 something higher cable.

    I was told by this site that my modem is not recognize the box so going to call my service provider to fix it.

    I recommend to set up Ports on the device.

    Please check out the posts listed in the link above, and contact your internet provider to set them up for you.

    You may also learn how to port forward by checking out
    Portforward.com     Just look for your router information (If an ad appears just close the ad).

    The Xbox One S is a variant of the Xbox One console. Xbox Series X/S is the newer generation of consoles. Xbox Series X/S enhanced games are only for the newest consoles not the Xbox One S. You would need to purchase the Xbox One version of the games not the X/S version of them.

    I got GTA+ 6 days ago but it’s still not showing up in game I’ve checked on store and it’s showing as active and restart the console but nothing is working

    Xbox one s or xbox series s

    And no xbox one s is NOT a series console they are just xbox one as there is no s or x requirement ob games on Xbox one games

    Xbox series consoles don't have a one in their names and have current technology unlike xbox one consoles which are based on 15 year old jaguars

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

    Well first there is no series s with a bluray drive

    Xbox one s does and that isn't a series s

    Xbox one games are compatible with xbox one games whenever it is one x or s

    Series consoles are just xbox series NOT one s or x

    They labeled series consoles that way for a reason to differentiate xbox one games from series games
