Xbox One S console won't startup, even after offline update fix

So my console started giving me the E100 to E200 errors around October, so I did the offline update (with the OSU1 file) and it worked, now after a few months of using it normally I noticed games where starting to crash and load slower, and one day later it happened again, same error, E102. I once again did the offline update but this time after everything seemed good to go the same problems of loading started appearing and after the console froze I forcely shut the down the xbox, now when booting on the system the TV just stays black, I tried to open the troubleshoot startup but it doesn't show up this time. Could it be my hard drive? Or is it something worse like my motherboard?

TLDR: Xbox one S won't startup after trying to fix it with offline update, troubleshoot startup doesn't open

    :)

    Error E102 00000C01 80070003.

Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
    offline.

In the link below you will find the neccessary steps to do to fix this error.

up date my box one S

    Hello there Adpy,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue in regards to not being able to update the Xbox One S console as it is receiving an e101 error upon startup indicating that the update is failing.

Our suggestion here, if reading through our startup error solution support article, our last step after attempting an offline
    system update is as follows:

Step 4: Your console needs to be repaired

Unfortunately, it looks like your console will need to be repaired to correct this startup error. To submit a repair request, visit
    Device Support.

This would be our only recommendation, as the console will need to be reviewed in order to resolve this issue.

    Black Screen of Death

    Hey Horse Feather!

    The
    System Update Troubleshooter
has steps that can help - from the first page, select "I need to troubleshoot a system update error", then select which Xbox One model you're using (original, S, or X), and then select the "I am experiencing a startup issue"
    option.

Give that a shot, and let us know if you see any improvement!

The scenarios described are stuck on green Xbox startup animation, or no green startup animation where my issue is green startup animation transitioning to black screen.
and it won't let me do an offline update anyway lol, happy days.

Offline update in progress, hung up at 58%, cycled down, restarted, no error message, stuck again at 50%

The first pass serves for the S and X, instead the latter for the normal one fat.

Step 3: Verify that you can open the Xbox startup troubleshooting tool
Depending on how recent your Xbox One console update is, you can perform an offline system update using the Xbox startup Troubleshooting tool. To Verify that the option is available on the console, follow these steps.

If you are using a wired network connection, unplug the network cable.
Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to make sure that the console is completely off.
Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
Hold down the PAIRING button (on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (on the front of the console), then press the Xbox button on the console.
Continue to hold the PAIRING button and the EJECT button pressed for 10-15 seconds.
Wait for a few seconds to emit two tones of "Start " at a distance. After issuing the second boot tone, release the PAIRING button and the EJECT button.
When the console comes on, you will see the Xbox startup Troubleshooting tool, if available:

If you do not see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooting tool, select NO below to continue with an offline update.

Do you see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooting tool After You run the procedure?

    Console xbox start ERROR!

    Hi JaredMaqueda,

You might want to check the startup error here and follow the instruction for E102

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution
It is likely you will want to do the offline system update.
If the offline system update does not work and you aren’t able to fix the E102 error, follow these instructions: Contact Microsoft Xbox Tech Support. You will need to have an untampered Xbox [as in the warranty sticker not removed. If you ever opened
your xbox, you no longer have a warranty on it], and also an intact Serial Number located on the bottom of your console. There should be a black sticker on the bottom. On the top of that sticker, there should be something that says S/N. The string of numbers
after that are what you need to give to Xbox Tech Support. Also, make sure this console was not used before you because if someone else registered the console already, you will not be able to fix it. Make sure you let tech support know everything that is going
on, and they will help you as much as they can. If they can't get it fixed over the phone, with the warranty stuff checklist that I generously typed above all clear, then they will request you to send it in to get fixed.

If your console is used or has been tampered with, you will have to purchase another Xbox One.
