xbox one s clicking on random apps

I was in the middle of a game of nba 2k18 and netflix randomly loaded and it wouldnt let me click out of it. Then it loaded netflix and picked a random profile and played a random show. When i tried to exit out of it, I held the middle button and the turn
off console or controller option would not pop up. I have no idea what is going on

child account cannot play titanfall 2 on one xbox, can on the other

I own an xbox one and an xbox one S. I have my home xbox set up on the xbox one (not the S). There my child, who has a child account, can play all games I have, including Titanfall 2. On my xbox one S, he can play every game except for Titanfall 2. When
he tries to log in and play on that xbox one S, it says he needs to purchase the game, which should not be the case with a child account. I can log into that xbox and play just fine.

I cannot designate that xbox one S as my home xbox, as I already have done so with the xbox one.

I had this problem with Destiny with the latest DLC, but that was solved by clicking the button to buy it and then clicking to install it (it didn't actually let me buy it, it just suddenly worked after clicking that). This, however, doesn't work for Titanfall
2.

 

Can't find TWC or Netlix apps on Xbox One S listing of apps

Why isn't TWC or Netflix listed on the list of available apps for Xbox One S? I choose to look at all apps and not all the apps the website says are available for Xbox One are listed.

 

Hey WESTS1D3K1LLAS! Are there any other users that are on your console, or that have the Xbox app on their mobile devices in your house? It may be someone connecting and using the app to control the console. If not, try a

power cycle of the console and see if that corrects the issue. Post back and let us know!
