Xbox One S can't sign me in or add account

Really sorry to hear about the troubles with adding an account. Let's see what's going on so that we can best help out. Do you have any issues signing into the account here on Xbox.com instead of through your Xbox One?

I have the same problem just got my xbox one s and cant add me account cause it doesnt even asks me for my live acc keeps giving me this error when i choose add account . please help

Sorry for the issue with signing in. You can try a couple of things and see if it helps. Make sure the

windows and everything is up to date. Corrupted data may cause your game to not work properly. here are two steps on how to isolate the system issue:

1. Perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update, or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is a

guide on how to perform a clean boot.



2. Here is a
guide on how to download the apps troubleshooter.

Hey Synn thanks for keeping us in the loop!

We suggest trying a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately, it did not solve the issue. I haven't had any issues with my pc or apps. The only trouble I've been having is on my console itself.
