    Xbox One S Can’t ReDownload Vangaurd


    To Anyone With Solutions,

    I purchased the Vanguard Ultimate edition for my Xbox S ($100) in November. It worked great, no issues. Warzone was having issues with a scope glitch that I couldn’t get rid of.

    I deleted all of it and reinstalled Warzone. Unfortunately in My Order History when I attempt to manage my Vanguard it takes me to the store to redownload, but always says they have an issue finding it.

    If I go to the store it shows up for the price, it wants me to re purchase.

    I tried resetting my alternate MAC address, also did a Reset, keeping the games I currently had.

    How do I get the Xbox store to show the game was purchased and allow me to re download? The notification is they are having trouble finding what I’m looking for.

    Kindly go to "My Games and Apps" then "Owned games" and lastly, try to install the game from there.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then validate if you can see the order from there stated as "completed".

    If it's not showing from there kindly check other Microsoft account that you have.

    And this is the error I get when i click “manage”. It worked for warzone, it linked to the game in the store and allowed me to Re Download. Not for Vangaurd.
