hello, try this....unplug console and internet from wall for about 5 mins. Then replug and let the internet bootup fully. Then turn console on and try to reconnect. If you have connected to this wifi previously it should connect again. Have you upgraded
any new equipment with the wifi??

Are you using a wired or WiFi to connect console to router?

I'm having the same problem. It works fine on my Xbox one but not my 360. Can't log in, can't connect to wifi, and it keeps saying it's my wifi, but it's connected and fine. They need to fix this
