Xbox One S cannot connect to Xbox 360 services to download online profile for Call of Duty:...

I have same issue. I'm trying to play Call Of Duty WaW and Call Of Duty Black Ops and my Xbox 360 Profile isn't connected in my Xbox One and I can't download it from xbox live. I've been searching for a solution but there is nothing on the internet.

Yikes I am sorry to hear of the troubles my friend. I'm with the ambassadors and I'll do my best to give helpful recommendations. seeing as how you've tried all those different remedies for nothing the next step up would be contacting Xbox support to see
if one of them might be able to better help you.

The games are all digitally owned in my library. There are no discs. I had no troubles with this on my original Xbox One that recently broke and required me to buy a new Xbox One S. The emulator I am referring to is the internal emulator that all Xbox
Ones run when playing a 360 Backwards Compatible game. When I install a 360 game and try to run it on my Xbox One S, the game will load HOWEVER I cannot connect to Xbox Live while in the 360 emulator. Due to a recent troubleshooting that suggests uninstalling
the game and clearing 360 cache and profiles, I would need to redownload my xbox live profile for the 360 emulator ON the One S. Since the emulator WON'T connect to Xbox Live, despite my Xbox One S BEING connected to Xbox Live, I cannot download my profile
and therefore cannot play and save my progress. I've tried with multiple games but they all give me the same issue of being "unable to connect to xbox live". I've tried all of the Mass Effect games, the Dragon Age games, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed games,
Banjo-Kazooie, and Fable series of games and NONE of these will allow me to connect to xbox live.

Xbox One digital games are significantly larger downloads than their Xbox 360 equivalents. Call of Duty Ghosts is a 39.5GB download. With your 30Mb/s download speed, I estimate that it will take between 3-5hrs to fully download and install.

I am just now having this issue for the first time. A couple weeks ago I was able to play Halo Reach on my Xbox One but today, when I load it up, it won't connect to Xbox live. My Xbox One is on a wired connection - open NAT and all services good - however
the "360" won't connect. I tried correctly hard restarting the console twice, clearing the 360 saved data, and playing other games but all have the same issue. The "360" cannot connect to Live. I also tried deleting my 360 profile like suggested in a number
of forums but when I go to sign in and download the profile, it can't connect anyway in order to download the profile.
