Xbox one S buzzing noise on and off

My second Xbox one s and the noise is doing my head in it's a loud fan and buzzing is this just me or is this meant to be making this noise

I played the video I heard movement noise from yourself but no noise from the console so I think its ok. sometimes my xbox one s makes a buzzing/humming noise when its doing updates.

Sure, you can do it, of course with care and if you do, you lose the warranty if it is still available.
Be careful when cleaning not to damage any cable, you can use compressed air.

In this tutorial, they disconnect the components, you don't do it if you don't have experience, just try to clean the fan and the other components without removing them.
