    my xbox got a system error E101 00000504 80070570 while i was installing a deployed fix by microsoft, its now bricked and im sad, all i wanted to do was help people and be part of the xbox insiders, now ive got nothing, thanks microsoft

    i've had all the Xbox One updates and neither have bricked my console. i've even had them when in beta and not publicly released.

    Can i use an Xbox Series S power supply on an Xbox One ?

    the original xbox one from 2013 (black one) uses an external power brick, this was done away with when they released the xbox one s as all power supplies are internal and the same on the new series consoles, these cannot be removed and therefore not compatible with your xbox.

    I agree with DancinBoogieman! Many bricked Xbox 360's the weekend prior to the release of one of the years most anticipated releases!?? And, what was the purpose of the update anyhow? Usually these things are covered in detail on IGN, or a similar site.
    I didn't know this one was coming.

    If it is original Xbox One you need to buy a power brick from your country. For Xbox One S and X, it should be fine.

    How old is your Xbox One S? It could be from overuse or just being old. I have a OG Xbox One and my power brick needed to be replaced. Im pretty sure the Xbox One S's dont have a outside power brick like the OG Xbox Ones do. Honestly as you said if this
    is the issue just save your cash for the new Xbox One.
