    Xbox One S boot up screen problem


    Hello yesterday my Xbox One S was working fine. Today I wanted to play and turned it on. Xbox started booting with green boot animation, also it booted around 3-4 minutes. After that I could just see black screen. When I pressed and held Xbox controller home button it opened shut down options. I have no idea what is this issue is. I contacted Xbox support and they told me that it might be a hardware or software issue. Can someone please help me and tell what is this issue thank you.

    Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.

    Xbox one series s, it is not part of the insider program, the screen reads: preparing console, it loads up to 61% and freezes on 61%. No other devices. And my xbox was taking basically 12 years to boot up this morning and so I did a power reset and that didn't work and a couple times the green xbox one screen would pop up and 5 minutes later disappear to a black screen.

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
