    I still have not had my points deposited. They show as pending in my account. Please help

    Since the Credits were placed as pending on the 19th last month, they will be deposited in the mid-month deposit this month.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
