    Xbox one s all games crashing


    hi i bought my son the xbox one s 1tb for christmas. Hes had nothing but bother since. He has gta 5 on disc and forza 3 on download. Either the game freezes on loading screen then boots him out to the home screen or they crash a few minutes into the game.
    Weve uninstalld, power cycled and factory reset. None have worked

    To make sure, did you perform the reset that removes all games and apps, or did you perform the option that keeps games and apps? If you performed the latter, please give the option to remove all games and apps a go. If you're still having issues after, you

    If you get a chance, try uninstalling one of the games and reinstall it to see if there's any change. Can you also clarify what type of storage device you're using? Thanks!

    Thanks for the clarification.

    It's sounding like the issue may be related to internal storage. Let's give an Xbox One a full factory reset a try by removing both games and apps. Unfortunately
    you'll need to reinstall your titles but this should hopefully clear up the issue.

    I am using the Xbox one S 500gb hard drive. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the games are crashing. I have figured out that games under 7 gbs my Xbox can play but any bigger they crash after the title screen.

    Yes I've tried both. I've tried removing my profile and I have factory reset my Xbox. Neither has helped.
