    Xbox One S All-Digital problems, is there a way to fix?


    I’m sorry to bother those wandering through Xbox Insiders, but I have a problem. I dropped my Xbox recently and things went wrong. I loaded call of duty and it froze, then started working. Then I tried to turn off my console and it froze again, this time indefinitely. I factory reset it and followed the guides on the website but they don’t work. Note: I did this 5-6 times. Is my Xbox permanently broken? Please answer this, I’m desperate. I had this Xbox for a year or two.

    I have done all that you mentioned already. Funny thing is none other console has this problem, my Xbox One, Xbox one S and Xbox One X download speeds are constantly over 100Mbps, on Series S doesn't get past 10Mbps...great way to promote a Digital Only console...

    Disc games to digital ASAP

    You would only need to do this if you purchase the All digital Xbox One S that has no disc drive. If you purchase an Xbox One S or X with a disc drive they can still be used there. But there is no way to convert disc games to digital versions.
