Xbox One S All Digital Network Problem

i just got the xbox one s digital version and while i was setting it up, it displayed a message stating “there was a problem with the update”. i restarted my xbox, signed in to my wifi repeatedly and it still doesnt work. i inserted a flash drive and restarted
my xbox just to see if it worked and it didnt. i have good wifi, i checked it on a speed test and it said its very fast so i dont know what the problem is.

First of, check the Xbox Live Service Status to see if there are any issues in your area.

Also look at the Xbox One System Update Solution support page.

Me xbox all digital is new and a im in same situation. I need update offline or wait for any solucion for Microsoft?

I need a reset? Im 2 days Trying and nothing.

What error code are you getting - do you even get one?

You might need to download a manual forced update. You can also enter the Xbox into safe mode and try and boot it that way.

Have you tried hardwiring the console or factory resetting it? Sometimes its due to the ip address or mac address not configuring correctly, by setting a fixed ip address can help with these issues.
