    Xbox one s 500gb general wifi issue


    Hello,

    I've issues on my xbox one s.

    • The wifi seems not working anymore. The console is online only when the lan cable is attached, but if I turn the wifi on, it does not find any of the existing wifi. It was working properly up to 2 weeks ago.

    • At the same time, the wireless controller is not working anymore. It does work only if the usb cable is connected. As soon as I disconnect the cable the xbox does not recognize the devide anymore. I think there might be an issue with wirless in
      general.


    I did all the steps suggested by the online manual (connected the LAN and looking for updates, removed all the devices that use wifi, etc.) but nothing worked. I'm in italy so there is no microsoft store for a one-on-one help desk. The console has still
    2 years of warranty.

    What should I do now?
